Gift Vouchers
– Gift vouchers can be purchased at any of salons.
– All voucher must be presented at the time of treatment.
– If only partial value of the voucher is used, a new voucher will be given with the remaining amount for you to use at your next visit within the original date.
– Non – refundable and non- exchanged
– Not redeemable or transferable if lost or stolen
– Gift vouchers will be considered null and void after their expiry date.
Work Guarantee
– Please contact salon where you received the service within 72 hours to give us the opportunity to rectify any concerns.
– Refund and credit are not provided. The service will only be redone if unsatisfied with the quality of the work at the salon discretion.
